Easter at GEM's and an Easter Book by Eva and me

We went up to Cleveland and had a fine Easter day at GEM's - our kids Gretchen, Eva, and Mike's place, in Lakewood today. Eva's always up for a big time on a good holiday!

First thing I'm going to show you now is the book that Eva and I made after we ate. I had brought her a bunch of new markers and some paper I'd sewn into a book form. It's regular 8.5 x 11" paper. So please enjoy the story we made up as we went, which Eva named "Kaitlyn's Maple Tree."

So that's our story, and we're sticking to it.  And now, here's what happened today at GEM's, besides making our fabulous art book and story!

Here are Mike (in the kitchen), his mom Eileen, Frank, and Kristi, ready to have a yummy meal together.

Afterwards we had delicious lemon cupcakes, made by my girlies!

Mike serenaded us with a new song he's working on.

Time to play Pop That Bunny!!!!

Jimmy and Eva enjoyed the peanut-free facility Easter bunny we got from Merlin Candies in New Orleans!

I got to snuggle my little sweetie pie, too!

Hope you had a great Easter, too!

with love, Susan, Lucky, Panny

  1. We are so blessed...I am getting better but have had more MRI and MRA's of my brain, my head and neck...I may have thrown a bloodclot. BUT I am still here...You are so loved. Imagine and Live in Peace, Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
